Outlook Development Group, LLC, which has developed shopping centers as well as purchased stabilized properties in Southeastern Wisconsin, was formed in June of 2005. Within this short four-year time period Outlook Development has managed to build a portfolio of over $120 million.

In 2008, Outlook closed on a $5 million single tenant net leased property in Sheboygan, $7.4 million shopping center in Madison, WI, a single tenant net leased property in Muskego for $660K, a $3.4 million shopping center on Milwaukee’s northwest side, and a $5.7 million multi-tenant industrial property in Wauwatosa. In addition, in the first quarter of 2007, Outlook acquired two net leased properties in the city of Milwaukee for approximately $15 million.

From a development standpoint, Outlook recently completed construction of a 7,500 square foot Home Depot Infill Shopping Center as well as a 14,500 square foot Lowe’s Anchored Shopping center in Franklin, Wisconsin. They have also recently started construction on a mixed use, office and retail, project in the Madison/Middleton area. “City Center Junction” will consist of two 25,000 square foot two-story buildings with underground parking. Lastly, they are in the process of developing 6.6 acres along Bluemound Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The Percheron Square development will consist of 158,000 square feet of office and retail.

Outlook currently has nearly $30 Million in the pipeline scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2009. Despite the current headwinds in the real estate and financial markets, Outlook has been able to continue to acquire attractive opportunities.

As noted above Outlook Development Group, LLC is a young real estate and development company consisting of five principals: Matthew T. Stamborski, Michael D. Michalski, Marc J. Novom, Daniel J. Jeserig, and a silent principal.

Matthew Stamborski has been involved in the real estate industry for seven years, as both a broker and an owner/investor/developer. Matt was formerly a Vice President for NAI/MLG Commercial, which is the largest full service brokerage company in the state of Wisconsin.

Michael Michalski with 18-years of experience in construction began his career as a project manager with Johnson Controls, Inc. He worked as a project manager for Anderson-Ashton & Peter Schwabe, Inc. before forming his own construction company, Pinnacle Construction of Wisconsin, Inc. in May of 2005.

Dan Jeserig joined Outlook Development Group in September of 2007 and has been an investor and broker of real estate for over 7 years. He began with the acquisition group of a private real estate investment group in Deerfield, Illinois for more than 7 years.

Marc Novom has been a well-respected neurologist with his private practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for more than 30 years. In 2005 Dr. Novom co-founded the North Shore Headache & Facial Pain Disorders Clinic in Mequon, Wisconsin. Marc is Michael Michalski’s uncle.
